Heritage Collections Curator
Towner Eastbourne is seeking a Heritage Collections Curator (fixed-term to February 2027) for the Development Phase of the Black Robin Farm project, a new cultural destination near the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs in the South Downs National Park. The role will lead on the development of an engaging and innovative heritage offer at Black Robin Farm, drawing on items from Eastbourne’s Heritage Collections to inform future programme. The role will also oversee the overall management and care of these Collections, with an ambition to increase community access and engagement and opportunities for volunteers.

Contract type: Full-time. Fixed-term contract finishing February 2027
Salary: £32,000 per annum

Towner is partnering with East Sussex County Council work experience team to arrange student placements with selected secondary schools in Eastbourne. Students with an interest in creative careers will be will be chosen by the schools, and these opportunities are not open to application.
