Development Manager (Full time, permanent)
£32,000 per annum
We are seeking a talented Development Manager who will play an important part in growing Towner’s income from individuals, trusts and foundations and companies. It is an exciting moment to join our team as we plan to open a new art, education and heritage centre at Black Robin Farm which will connect communities and visitors with the unique landscape of the South Downs. You will be tenacious and an accomplished communicator with excellent written and inter-personal skills who will support delivery of an expanding programme at the gallery and the farm. You will be experienced in fundraising in an arts or charity context, or be able to demonstrate transferable skills and abilities, and able to manage multiple donor relationships.

Towner is partnering with East Sussex County Council work experience team to arrange student placements with selected secondary schools in Eastbourne. Students with an interest in creative careers will be will be chosen by the schools, and these opportunities are not open to application.
