For our centenary year, we have launched a new programme of free activities outside the gallery for people of all ages, especially those from the most disadvantaged communities who are being impacted by the cost of living, but we need your help…
Without your support, projects like these would not be possible:
Give It Some Oomph - An imaginative guide for young people engaging with galleries, created by young people.
Nibble Bibble Duck Toes - A group for young people that explores contemporary arts practice through music, textiles, performance, mark-making and poetry.
Wriggle Room - Weekly creative sessions for under-5s and their carers hosted at The Beacon and Willingdon Trees Community Centre.
Arts in Mind - A group for people with mental health diagnoses that enables participants to create new work together reducing isolation and anxiety.
The Findings - Langney and Shinewater residents create community artworks with found objects from archaeological digs with artist Verity-Jane Keefe.
Riviera – Seaside residents and artist Navine G. Dossos are producing a community-designed fabric representing their multi-cultural community for clothing, upholstery and shop awnings.
Any donation, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.
