Yoga in the Gallery

£8 per session
This 60-minute flow session, suitable for all levels, is designed to calm, inspire, and uplift. Join us for this unique opportunity to improve your practice in the tranquil surroundings of our exhibitions.
Every few months we will change location to another one of our exhibitions to keep our practice fresh. We start this series surrounded by the meditative paintings of our Emma Stibbon exhibition.
Yoga in the Gallery takes place every Thursday, 6.30pm to 7.30pm and Sundays 9.15am to 10.15am*
*please note that the building will only open from 9.00am on Sunday - please do not arrive before this time.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts for a chance to chat and get comfortable in the space.
You will need a yoga mat, blanket or towel if you have sensitive knees.

Alli Stevenson is a registered senior yoga teacher, who runs weekly beach yoga classes in Holywell and Birling Gap, as well as running unique mini yoga retreats throughout the year. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to this brand-new yoga class in the galleries at Towner.
