Lunchtime Movement Session: Nigel Hall – Sound and Music
Talk/ Tour, Event
In this lunchtime movement session in Nigel’s Here and Now, There and Then exhibition, listen and move to a piece of music that Nigel sees as an influence on his work.
Saturday 15 February, 1.30pm
Studio 2, Free drop-in
Nigel Hall’s drawing and sculptural work has an affinity with sound and music.
In this lunchtime movement session in Nigel’s Here and Now, There and Then exhibition, we will listen and – if you so wish – move to a piece of music that Nigel sees as an influence on his work.
Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to share the visual, auditory and kinaesthetic experience just experienced, thinking about the relationship between sculpture, sound and movement.
No special movement or sound skills required – everyone who wishes to can participate just as they are.
This is a drop-in, free event.
Meet inside Studio 2 on the ground floor.
