Guide, hearing, and assistance dogs are welcome at Towner – feel free to ask at the welcome desk for a water bowl.

Important Visitor Information on Car Park & Road Closures (from 29 May to 2 July incl.)
Please note there will be various car park and road closures in place next to Towner from 29 May to 2 July, due to the Eastbourne International Tennis Tournament which takes place from 18 to 25 June.
Car Park Closures: From 29 May to 2 July incl. the Pay & Display Car Parks on College Rd will be closed due to site preparations.
Road Closures: From Wednesday 1 June to Friday 1 July College Rd & Hardwick Rd will be closed off and not accessible to vehicles. Pedestrian access is available throughout.
During the actual Tournament dates (18 to 25 June) on-street parking around Towner will be very limited due to the closures listed above and also the addition of tennis attendees.

Blue Badge Spaces:
Please note car park closures indicated above, which will include disabled bays.
There are 5 Blue Badge spaces available in the layby alongside the Devonshire Quarter Plaza. There is also a drop off/waiting area for blue badge holders immediately outside Towner, with a 30 minute waiting time. These will not be available from c. 16 June to 1 July due to security arrangements for tennis.
In Eastbourne, blue badge holders can park:
in designated blue badge parking bays up to the maximum stay permitted
in shared use bays or pay and display bays without time limit or payment
for up to three hours on a single or double yellow line with the clock set to show the time of arrival, and where loading restrictions are not in force.
