Gallery 1 (Ground Floor)
In this Lunchtime Response, join Serena Cobbinah, a member of the Towner Acquisitions and Collections Committee and co-curator of Gathered Around the Sun, to explore and create blackout poems using Eleanor Farjeon's 1924 poetry collection, A Sussex Alphabet.
Using the method of blackout poetry, a form of found poetry created by erasing words from an existing text, create your own subtitle for our newly commissioned Sophie Barber work; Meet me there, where the sun goes down and the moon comes up.
All welcome - this is a drop-in, free event for all.
Meet inside Gallery 1.
