Free, drop-in
Our fun and welcoming drop-in studio space is the perfect place for some relaxed, creative making with others. Make Space is designed for all ages and is free for all.
Over the holidays the space will be hosted by our intern in the Learning team Ella Taylor from the University of Sussex who will develop new creative activities for visitors to Make Space each week with artist Ella Hempsted.
Drop in between 10.00am and 4.30pm to pick up a creative activity - bring something you've been working on at home or start something new. All materials are free and Ella will guide you in what to do with them!

Tuesday 10.00am to 12.30pm & 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Wednesday 10.00am to 12.30pm & 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Thursday 10.00am to 4.30pm
Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm
Saturday 10.00am to 12.30pm & 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Sunday 10.00am to 4.30pm
Accessibility
Make Space is in Studio 2 on the first floor. There is a lift for access.
There are toilets (cubicles and urinals) on the first floor and additional accessible toilets on the second floor and ground floor
Packed lunches or snacks and drinks are welcome in Make Space
There will be a carpeted soft area for babies and toddlers as well as tables and chairs for making
Everyone is welcome at Make Space and we expect all to follow Towner's Code of Conduct, which you can read on our About page
