Filmmaker Andrew Kötting and writer Iain Sinclair embark on an epic journey – from Hastings to East London in a giant fibreglass swan.
In Autumn 2011 Andrew Kötting (Gallivant) filmed an eccentric journey by swan-shaped paddle boat, in the company of writer and psychogeographer Iain Sinclair. Navigating the rivers and canals linking Hastings to London's Olympic park, the two reflect on the city, the country and the ways their trip may change them in a charming, poetic and gently exploratory film diary – along the way, meeting with comedian Stewart Lee, writer Alan Moore and actor Dudley Sutton.
